The property owner is remodeling due the effects of the hurricane. We had to vacate our Sim Center for them to work in it. We expect to be open again January 1, 2023
There's a lot of firearms training available to choose from. We specialize in and teach with a bias towards "self defense". In other words, real world applications which is almost impossible to practice at a "live fire" range.
"Range Time" is available to our members. If you just want to come by and "shoot", check our calendar schedule and block your time.
This is why we have made it our job to teach you the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident and secure when handling your firearm.
We utilize computers and non recoil firearms simulators to help teach you safety and the basic skills required to learn pistol marksmanship.
Next, we build on the basic skills and teach you the "Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting" using our inert SIRT Pistols.
Once you've got a grip on the fundamentals, we reinforce that training by utilizing our exclusive "recoil simulator" pistols so you develop a feel for what the real thing will be like.
Upon successful completion of sim training, we will take you to a "live fire range" where you will shoot the real thing (under your Instructor's close supervision)
"The small class size and training format created an environment that allowed for questions and on-the-spot clarification."
"The classes were very detailed with clear explanations, including slides and hands-on manipulatives & models. I felt well informed at the conclusion of each class."
"Ken made this class a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was very nervous for about... 3 minutes! Excellent Instructor!"
Our small class size structure provides a more one-on-one training approach, so you can ask the questions you need to fully understand each lesson.
We provide a hands-on approach to training that ensures you will retain the fundamental skills learned in our program.
You will leave each training session feeling more confident in your skills and abilities.
You are able to practice real-life scenarios similar to what Police and Military use. This creates a level of realism that is both engaging and educational.
Dry Firing is the practice of simulating the discharge of a firearm without any live ammunition, or practicing with an inert laser/infrared training platform and may also include the use of a target/feedback system. The terms also commonly refers to simply "firing" a gun that has no ammunition in it.
